Halverson to present health talk

MANITOWOC — Leede Research Chief Executive Officer Dean Halverson has been selected to speak at the 2008 Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters Fall Conference, scheduled for Sept. 17-19 at the Chula Vista Resort, Wisconsin Dells.

WAHU is a trade organization for professional health underwriters and provides a variety of industry and consumer services and supports the professional development and networking of its members. Health
Underwriters work to set and rate health plans for Wisconsin businesses.

Halverson will present "Healthcare Tsunami – The Wave of Consumerism that will Change U.S. Business." This is based on the book of the same title that Halverson published in January. It deals with the growing financial crisis in health care and steps being taken that will change the way people buy and use health care.
